| As most of you know, I coupled with Turbohoses about 18 months ago to produce the TT boost hardpipe kit. With stock running low and multiple demands for a blow-off valve (BOV) option, it's that time once again to make another run. This process will take approximately 6 months from concept to product, so if you're considering a kit for an upcoming show, etc., I'd suggest ordering one soon as my stock is sparingly low. I heard your calls - "we want BOV-pipes!" My plan - and it's open and still in the works - is to produce some more of the standard kits as you know them. Additionally, I plan on leaving some percentage of the kits unchromed so that, together, we may: a) Cut then weld in your BOVs
b) Customize the finish on the kit
- Chrome
- Powdercoated
- Black
- Gunmetal
- Other
c) Other out-of-the-box requests I'd be open to accept your BOVs and flanges or supply them as-desired. Pricing: I'm negotiating with different vendors for the material cost - especially the couplers. With the costs of metals increasing 50-100% over the past two years, my goal albeit challenging and lofty is possibly attainable. The goal is to offer the same quality and finish of kit while lowering the cost on the "standard" kit by 10-20% and be able to offer the BOV installation for approximately a $100 premium assuming you supply the flanges and valves themselves.
